Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep HOA by Kai'Ros safe and useful for every association and resident who relies on it.
1. Use it for association business
Use the Service to run your community association and communicate with its board, managers, and residents.
2. Do not
- Access communities, units, or records you have not been given access to, or try to get around access controls.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, scan, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Send spam or use resident contact details for anything other than association business.
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory, including content that violates fair housing laws.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role in the association.
- Share your login or let others use your account.
3. Messages to residents
Emails and texts sent through the Service must relate to the association. Text messages go only to people who have agreed to receive them, and recipients can opt out at any time.
4. AI features
Review AI-drafted content before you send it. Do not use AI features to produce misleading notices or to decide matters the association's governing documents reserve for the board.
5. Security testing
If you find a security issue, report it to support@genesishoa.app instead of testing it against live data.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and we will tell the account owner why when we can do so safely.
7. Reporting abuse
Report misuse of the Service to support@genesishoa.app.
