Electronic Communications Consent
Effective September 26, 2026
HOA by Kai'Ros lets associations send notices and records electronically. This page explains that consent and how to change it.
1. Service messages
By creating an account you agree to receive account and service messages by email, such as sign-in links, receipts, and security alerts. These are needed to run your account.
2. Association notices
Florida law lets owners agree to receive official association notices electronically. That consent is given to your association, not to us. Your association records it and decides which notices it sends through the Service. Owners who have not consented must still receive paper notice from the association where the law requires it.
3. Text messages
- Text messages are sent only if you turn them on or your association has your consent to text you.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or turn texts off under Account.
4. Electronic signatures
When you sign a document, vote, or approve something in the Service, your electronic action has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent Florida law and your association's governing documents allow.
5. What you need
A current web browser, an email address you check, and the ability to open PDF files.
6. Paper copies
You can ask your association for a paper copy of any notice it sent you electronically.
7. Withdrawing consent
You can turn off optional email and text notifications under Account at any time. To withdraw consent to electronic association notices, tell your association in writing.
8. Help
For help with messages from the Service, email support@genesishoa.app.
